Key Responsibilities :
1. Drafting and reviewing policies aligned with regulatory and organizational standards.
2. Designing and delivering compliance training programs across business units.
3. Maintaining strong audit trail of documentation related to TPO framework, policies, training ( Internal and external)
4. Performing risk-based reviews and presenting findings to leadership.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of trust and ethics.
6. Supporting deployment of AI-based applications in compliance monitoring, in line with DPDP regulations.
7. Ensuring adherence to pharma-specific regulations including UCPMP guidelines and NMC regulations.
8. Conducting field reviews to assess compliance and operational integrity.
9. Monitoring regulatory changes and updating internal frameworks accordingly.
10. Assisting in internal investigations and reporting of compliance breaches.
11. Developing dashboards and reports for compliance metrics and insights.
12. Supporting audits and inspections.
Qualifications & Experience :
13. Postgraduate degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
14. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in compliance, or corporate governance.
15. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations (UCPMP, NMC).
16. Experience in risk assessment, reporting, and internal investigations.
17. Familiarity with AI tools and data protection regulations (DPDP).
18. Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
19. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
20. Prior experience in implementing ethics and compliance programs in pharma or healthcare settings.
21. Proficiency in preparing compliance dashboards and reports.
22. Certification in compliance, ethics, or data privacy (e.g., CCEP etc ) is an added advantage.
23. Experience working with international regulatory frameworks and cross-border compliance issues.
24. Strong project management skills and ability to lead initiatives independently.
