💡 About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a smart communicator, data-savvy thinker, and confident stakeholder handler to step into a high-visibility role supporting onboarding operations for our US-based teams.
You’ll be working closely with senior leadership (Director level and above!), ensuring smooth onboarding journeys, insightful reporting, and seamless coordination across time zones.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for candidates in US temp staffing.
- Maintain and update candidate records in ATS and other data management tools.
- Generate and share MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Analyze data from systems and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Support consultants and departments with real-time data and reporting needs.
- Interact confidently with VP / Director-level stakeholders to provide updates and resolve queries.
- Suggest and implement process improvements and best practices for data management.
- Ensure compliance with onboarding standards and client-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding workflows.
✅ What You’ll Bring :
Excellent verbal & written communication skills – able to communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders. (Client / candidates / Senior Leadership Teams)Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities – proficient in Excel, dashboards, and other reporting tools.Experience with MIS reporting – capable of generating and interpreting reports regularly.Hands-on experience with ATS and data management systems . - knowledge / experience using BeeLine, P40 etc is preferred.Confident in stakeholder management – especially with senior leadership.Proactive and solution-oriented mindset – always looking for ways to improve processes.Ability to support cross-functional teams with data-related needs.Knowledge of US temp staffing onboarding processes – preferred but not mandatory.Willingness to work in US hours – training will be provided for onboarding processes.🌟 Why You’ll Love It :
