The Role

Field Support Engineer in a SCADA system is responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of SCADA hardware and software components at field / Customer sites. This role ensures reliable operation of the control and monitoring systems that manage critical infrastructure and industrial automation systems.

Your Impact

• AMC activities at Customer site
• Troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate, and document customer incidents in a timely, efficient and professional manner according to contract maintenance and warrant.
• Document all customer interaction.
• Actively contributing ideas for better customer service and continuously improve the quality of service provided.
• Showing a passion for continued learning, staying abreast of new technology and trends.
• Work with other technical teams for the inputs and their support in day-to-day activities.
