Role Description
The Assistant Pastry Chef will assist in preparing and baking a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods. Responsibilities will include maintaining hygiene standards, ensuring high-quality output, managing the kitchen efficiently, and assisting in the development of new recipes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the South Goa district.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Bakery, Baking, and Food Preparation
Strong Cooking and Culinary Skills
Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations
A degree or certification in culinary, baking, or pastry arts is preferred
Prior experience in a commercial kitchen or bakery is an advantage
