Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Pastry Chef located in Pune. The Assistant Pastry Chef will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including bakery operations, food preparation, baking, and cooking. The role demands the practical application of culinary skills in pastry creation, ensuring quality control, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and adhering to recipes and standards.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Bakery, Baking, and Cooking
Competence in Food Preparation and Culinary Skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
Formal training or certification in culinary arts is a plus
Previous experience in a professional kitchen setting is preferred
