Job Summary :

As a Category Manager Indirect Material you will be responsible to manage the procurement activities for various non-manufacturing related goods and services. The role requires strong expertise in sourcing negotiation contract management vendor management and cost optimization across categories such as Manpower resources Logistics IT PPE facility lease services Capex and general administration. The role requires you to collaborate across the functions. Maintain techno commercial documentation identify risks and adapt to new technologies.

In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be :

Manpower & Resource Services

• Source and manage third-party staffing agencies and contractual service providers.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Monitor service quality and contract performance.

Facilities & Fleet Management

Logistics & Warehouse Contracts

CapEx Procurement

IT & Technology Procurement

General Procurement Compliances
