What is expected from this role to start with?
This is an individual contribution role that will manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing strategies to offer negotiation.
- Manage the end-to-end tech talent acquisition process as an Individual Contributor.
- Understand the profile of our clients, their operating environment and Job responsibilities / expectations
- Act as a partner in hiring processes utilizing industry knowledge, compensation know-how, leveling guidelines, etc.
- Clarify and validate the IT hiring requirements & expectations with client facing managers to come to a common understanding
- Creatively search & engage with potential candidates
- Locate and identify potential candidates using Job-Boards, social media, user groups / associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc.
- Being a coach to potential candidates by consultatively understanding their matching skills, capabilities and aspirations
- Profile the shortlisted candidates using Scientes standard processes
- Facilitate the interview process and manage candidates effectively, to successful selection / joining
- Sincerely ensuring a win-win situation for Sciente, candidates and community
- To ensure performance goals are achieved as mutually agreed with your manager and other key business stakeholders
- Maintain professionalism & high integrity all the time and
- Perform duties as required from time to time to achieve performance goals.
Qualifications and Experience :
A degree in IT, Computer Science, a related field, or any business / HR / engineering discipline is a prerequisite.Relevant work experience of 3-6 years in executive search or IT talent acquisition or tech recruitment in end-user client serving environment is mandatory.At least 3 years of work experience for APAC region (Singapore / Malaysia / Philippines) clients is a must.Having a commitment towards accountability of the role with a can-do attitude to achieve the desired goals on a monthly basis is very much required.Essential soft-skills include outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, along with a results-oriented mindset.Demonstrated ability to strategically source and judiciously screen candidates to pinpoint the ideal fit for our clients.Having a mind-set of delivering value to make candidates / clients succeed.Proficiency in engaging with potential talents, adopting a consultative approach to understand their career aspirations, and aligning candidates' ambitions with our clients' project offerings.Independently contributing to the entire candidate journey, from sourcing to onboarding and seamless client interaction are key aspects of the role.Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning are mandatory for our organizational culture and the demands of the markets we serve.(ref : iimjobs.com)
