Sr. Project Manager

Role Summary :

The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning : Develop and manage project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Project Coordination : Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered according to plan.

Budgeting and Cost Management : Manage project budgets and ensure that costs are controlled and reported accurately.

Risk Management : Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Quality Control : Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards by implementing quality control processes and procedures.

Stakeholder Management : Manage stakeholder expectations, including those of investors, customers, and regulatory authorities.

Reporting and Compliance : Ensure that all necessary reports and documentation are submitted to stakeholders and regulatory authorities in a timely and accurate manner.

Candidate Profile : Education :

Master’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management preferred.

Experience :

10+ years in construction project planning and management.

Proven experience in leading projects, from excavation to finishing stage, preferably in premium / luxury development.

Skills : Strategic thinking.

Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.

Proficient in project management software, such as MS Project, Primavera.

Project planning and scheduling (Primavera, MS Project, Asta).

Budgeting and cost control.

Team management and leadership.

Problem-solving and analytical skills.
