Sr program manager

Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage a portfolio of multiple projects across various initiatives.

Serve as the primary liaison for the initiative, representing leadership and building relationships with stakeholders Prepare and deliver weekly reports, manage program pipelines, and coordinate interviews and onboarding activities.

Maintain and manage demand tracking through Excel sheets, including pivot tables and reporting dashboards.

Create and present program updates and strategic insights via PowerPoint presentations.

Collaborate effectively across global teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.

Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and ownership.

Support US-based teams with required time zone overlap (until 1 : 30 PM CST).

Foster a positive and professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on long-term engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications : Proven experience as a Program Manager, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

Strong proficiency in  Excel (including pivot tables)  and  PowerPoint .

Excellent  written and verbal communication skills .

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Ability to understand technology concepts and communicate effectively with technical teams (though not managing tech projects directly).

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport across diverse teams.

Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications : Prior experience in cloud operations or enterprise program management is a plus.

Familiarity with global delivery models and working with US-based teams.

Experience in managing relationships in new engagements or client-facing roles.
