Role Description :

Ensure the company complies with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws.

Conduct regular audits of financial documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Maintain and update statutory registers and records.

Maintaining Board resolution and preparing minutes of Board Meetings

Facilitate the secretarial audit process by coordinating with the external auditors.

Assisting in timely completion of the Audit Report.

Maintain accurate records and filings related to statutory requirements.

Keeping abreast of changes in company law and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Who are we looking for?

Familiarity with legal documentation and compliance requirements.

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
