DevOps Architect

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Architect to lead our cloud infrastructure and DevOps initiatives. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage DevOps solutions across diverse platforms and business domains. You will play a strategic role in shaping our DevOps roadmap, optimizing CI / CD pipelines, and ensuring infrastructure scalability, security, and reliability.

This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills, as you will be working directly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective DevOps architectures for cloud and hybrid environments.
• Define the DevOps roadmap, frameworks, tools, and best practices aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with the CTO / CEO and development teams to align infrastructure with application needs.
• Architect and manage CI / CD pipelines for seamless and automated application deployment.
• Standardize release management, build automation, testing, and deployment processes.
• Promote Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Design and manage cloud-native infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability of cloud resources.
• Optimize cost and performance of cloud services and applications.
• Implement robust DevSecOps practices, integrating security into every stage of the development lifecycle.
• Set up centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Mentor DevOps engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Act as the technical advisor to executive leadership on DevOps and cloud strategy.
• Coordinate across development, QA, IT, and security teams for smooth delivery and operations.
