Role Overview :
As a Content Strategist, you will lead the development, execution, and management of all content formats, including social media, brand marketing, and performance-driven campaigns. Your role requires a blend of creativity and analytical thinking, as you harness consumer insights to craft impactful communications that resonate with underserved communities in rural and Tier 2 / 3 markets. Qualifications and Experience Required :
Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
5+ years of proven experience as a content writer, content strategist, or in a related role, preferably within consumer-focused businesses, content agencies, or similar environments.
Experience in creating and managing content for campaigns that specifically target rural or Tier 2 / 3 markets is a plus.
Expertise in writing and managing various content formats with a strong focus on engagement and brand marketing.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
Strong analytical skills for evaluating content performance and making data-driven decisions.
A track record of developing content strategies for rural markets, understanding local contexts and cultural nuances that inform effective communication.
Familiarity with moment marketing, with the ability to initiate and execute relevant campaigns that connect with current events and trends.
