Job Overview :

We are seeking a talented Content Strategist to join our high-impact marketing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in content or brand strategy, preferably within Finance or stock market brands (e.g., Wealth Management, Demat Apps, trading

platforms, or financial services). You will lead our content efforts, focusing on high-performance

video content and AI-optimized strategies to drive engagement and growth in performance

marketing, Social media and In-app content. This role gives you the opportunity to collaborate

with industry veterans in a vibrant, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the Ideation, creation and execution of comprehensive content strategies for in-app and

external channels, including social media, campaigns, blogs, and more.

Should be master in generating thumb stopping content across social media both visual and

text.

Develop and oversee high-performance video content that drives user engagement and

aligns with stock market themes.

Utilize AI tools is primary (e.g., content planning platforms, analytics) to Plan content and

execute content. Constantly pushing team to use AI tools for faster and better content generations.

Tailor campaigns and content to Finance audiences, ensuring consistency with Neo Groups

brand voice and objectives.

Collaborate and lead the team including graphic designers, video editors, and content writers,

to produce cohesive marketing materials.

Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve measurable results in

user acquisition and retention.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

Experience :

4+ years in content or brand strategy, ideally with stock market-related or financial brands. Proven track record in managing content for fintech platforms is a plus.

Key Skills :

Expertise in crafting performance-driven video content and strategic planning.

Proficiency in AI tools for content strategy (e.g., planning and executing content).

Deep knowledge of Finance and stock market dynamics, including trading, investing, market

trends, equities, derivatives, and portfolio management.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and audience engagement tactics.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Education : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field;

advanced certifications in digital marketing or content strategy are advantageous.

Other Requirements :

Passion for the Finance domain, innovative and creative mindset, and

ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate
