sa.global is looking for a motivated and skilled Lead Recruiter (IT) to be a part of our HR team in Bangalore.
As a Recruiter, you will :
Partner with hiring managers across various departments to identify recruitment needs and strategize hiringAdhere to recruitment KPIs like time to hire in addition to tracking source of hire and time to fill etc.,Create and update job descriptions and job specificationsIdentify appropriate sourcing channels, post jobs in relevant mediums and track candidate information in the form of recruitment databaseScreen candidate profiles efficiently based on relevance as specified in the job descriptionInterview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings)Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs and network with potential candidatesManage all communication with candidates from job application through onboardingInteract with prospective candidates, understand their motivations and objectives, and evaluate the candidate-organization alignment.Set up discussions / interviews with the interview panel and facilitate the recruitment processCoordinate for interviews with the hiring managers and follow up on the interview statusAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processEnsure recruitment 'Service Level Agreements' (SLAs) are met as mutually agreed with supervisor / manager and other key stakeholdersDesired qualifications and skill :
Master's degree in Human Resources (or related field)7-8 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably from an IT backgroundStrong sourcing skills – Boolean search, X-Ray search etc.Listening skills that help you “understand” the intent, psyche and the reasoning of the candidates you interreact withFamiliarity with tools of the trade – Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Social media platforms etc. for sourcing active and latent talentProven track record of hiring across multiple geographies (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, APAC, India)Strong knowledge of global recruitment practices, visa processes, and compliance requirementsAbility to handle time zone differences and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in all Microsoft applications (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.) and experience using an Applicant Tracking SystemExcellent business communication skills with effective presentation and demonstration skillsStrong decision-making skills and excellent stakeholder managementStrong negotiation skills with up-to-date knowledge on market trends regarding compensationMust be proactive and self-drivenContact Us!
