Role Overview :
We’re looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager — someone who can open doors, build strong alliances, and drive growth through brand-led collaborations and corporate tie-ups.
This role is for a go-getter who can think strategically like a marketer and execute like a salesperson.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build partnerships with brands, corporates, and institutions (FMCG, retail, education, lifestyle, parenting, BFSI, etc.) to drive subscriber growth.
- Design and execute co-branded campaigns, loyalty tie-ups, and bundled offers with ecosystem partners.
- Create B2B2C channels — like hospitals, schools, malls, housing societies, and corporate employee benefit programs.
- Collaborate with marketing to leverage partnerships for brand visibility and lead generation.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle — outreach, negotiation, closure, and performance tracking.
- Develop a network of affiliate partners and parenting communities to build strong referral-led acquisition.
- Work closely with leadership on revenue projections and partnership ROI metrics.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in strategic alliances, partnerships, or B2B sales , ideally in consumer tech, FMCG, or D2C.Proven track record of closing meaningful partnerships and building scalable sales channels.Strong network in brand, media, or corporate ecosystems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with building from scratch and leading execution hands-on.Why Join the EleFant
