You will deliver on the medium- to long-term (9-12 months) forecast of material requirements to suppliers and activities related to mid- to long-term material requirements for assigned suppliers / materials across the region. You also track the contract coverage position and raise any new requisitions to procurement and identify risks and opportunities in medium-term material supply plans and drive dialogue and escalation.

Key Responsibilities
1. FG Dispatch & Coordination
Plan and execute daily FG dispatches in coordination with the Product Supply team.
Ensure dispatches are aligned with customer requirements and timelines.
Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement, loading, and documentation.
Monitor dispatch schedules to avoid delays or stockouts.
2. Warehouse Operations
Oversee complete warehouse activities including storage, stacking, housekeeping, and material handling.
Ensure compliance with PIV (Powered Industrial Vehicle) & TLUL (Truck loading Unloading) standards and safe equipment usage.
Maintain 5S and safety standards within the warehouse.
Ensure material handling equipment (MHE) is used effectively and safely.
3. Inventory Management
Conduct daily FG reconciliation (system vs physical stock).
Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and Dispatch tracker updated updates.
Coordinate with MGF team on daily for FSTN recon (production booking)
Monitor slow-moving, short-expiry, and blocked stock to minimize losses.
Ensure SAP / ERP entries are updated in real time.
4. Export Operations
Handle end-to-end export process, including coordination with CHA (Custom House Agent).
Prepare and verify export documents : Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, etc.
Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, and statutory export requirements.
Track export shipments and share timely updates with stakeholders
5. Team Management
Supervise and guide shop floor colleagues and casual labour for smooth FG dispatch activities.
Allocate manpower effectively based on workload.
Provide on-the-job training related to safety, process compliance, and time management.
Foster teamwork and motivate staff to achieve daily / weekly dispatch targets.
6. Safety & Compliance
Implement and sustain warehouse safety standards (PPE usage, safe loading / unloading, fire safety).
Conduct safety toolbox talks and refreshers for colleagues and contractors.
Ensure compliance with company policies, audits, and statutory requirements.
Education / Certifications :
Graduate (preferably in Supply Chain / Logistics / Commerce / Engineering).
Job specific requirements :
2–3 years of experience in Warehouse Operations / FG Dispatch / Exports.
Exposure to SAP MM / WM modules preferred.
Knowledge of safety standards in warehouse and logistics.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong time management and ability to perform under pressure.
Good knowledge of transportation & logistics coordination.
Hands-on experience in exports & documentation.
ERP / SAP knowledge for FG dispatch & inventory management.
Excellent team management and leadership skills.
Good communication & stakeholder coordination skills.
