Instructional Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Instructional Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience. We're looking for someone who can quickly understand and interpret product features, user journeys, and technical workflows. Good knowledge of technologies and technology concepts.

⁠Design and develop digital learning assets, including :

• ⁠ ⁠Interactive product simulations
• ⁠ ⁠Explainer videos and animated content
• ⁠ ⁠Job aids, walkthroughs, and infographics
• ⁠ ⁠eLearning modules using tools like Articulate or Adobe Captivate
• ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and SMEs to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.

Great communication, writing, scripting, and storyboarding skills.
