Role Brief :
We are seeking an experienced Account Director to manage high-value global enterprise accounts, focusing on driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Incumbent will manage relationships with senior stakeholders, navigate complex product offerings, and drive sales growth by upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Ownership :
- Account Management : Own and grow strategic relationships with global Fortune 100 enterprises and next-gen Unicorns — driving partnership, trust, and transformation at scale.
- Revenue Growth : Execute growth strategies that expand account value, deepen engagement, and deliver sustained revenue impact.
- Executive Partnership : Serve as the trusted advisor to C-suite and senior stakeholders, influencing strategic direction and unlocking long-term business outcomes.
- Product & Commercial Mastery : Develop deep command over product capabilities, data, and contracts — translating complex solutions into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal teams alike. Map customer goals to tailored solutions, create measurable ROI, and position our platform as the essential lever for client success.
- Cross-Functional Impact : Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver seamless execution and an unmatched customer experience.
Key Requirements :
Proven Account Management leader with 10–15 years of experience owning and growing high-value enterprise relationships across Fortune 100 and Unicorn clients .Demonstrated success managing multiple multi-million-dollar B2B accounts driving expansion, renewals, and cross-functional alignment that delivers measurable revenue impact.Deep exposure to US and European markets , with a strong grasp of global business dynamics, customer expectations, and commercial nuances that define enterprise success.Hands-on experience managing complex SaaS solutions — translating technical depth into clear, outcome-driven value propositions for CXOs, procurement, and technical teams alike.Executive Relationship Management Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills — with the credibility and confidence to engage C-suite leaders , influence strategy, and serve as a trusted advisor.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working with or within the Technology, SaaS, or enterprise software sectors.Familiarity with global business and legal requirements, especially in the US and Europe.
