About :

• Handle multiple projects and ensure sales targets are met as per the company's annual operating plan.
• Meet customers to listen and understand their preferences and execute. Also assist sales team in addressing customers and their needs
• Plan and deliver sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Sales Head.
• Working on launch projects to achieve the planned target sales
• Stay updated on the industry, competition, regulations and legislations impacting the business and provide timely insights to Management and team
• Exhibit creativity continuously in upgrading the selling skills
• Work closely with marketing team in designing the various campaigns / activities and provide required support
• Anticipate risks related to market and proactively take mitigation steps
• Consistently evaluate & adopt alternate channels for sales enhancement.
• Lead the project sales teams and coach the team members to develop and achieve targets.
