Responsibilities :

• Influencer Identification & Outreach : Hunt, evaluate, and onboard influencers across skincare, dermatology, and wellness categories—leveraging both personal networks and influencer databases / platforms.
• Agency Collaboration : Manage relationships with influencer marketing agencies and barter agencies, negotiating deliverables, timelines, and commercials effectively.
• Concept Development : Collaborate with influencers to design engaging, authentic, and brand-aligned content concepts for campaigns.
• Barter Management : Handle barter influencer campaigns end-to-end, including coordination with barter agencies, shipment of products, and timely follow-ups.
• Campaign Execution : Oversee briefing, content approvals, go-live timelines, and real-time coordination with influencers and their teams.
• Tracking & Reporting : Monitor influencer posts, stories, reels, and videos, ensuring proper tagging, compliance, and deliverables. Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance (reach, engagement, ROI, EMV).
• Relationship Building : Foster long-term relationships with creators, dermats, and influencer networks, ensuring repeat collaborations and loyalty.
• Trend Spotting : Stay updated with platform trends, content formats, and emerging creators to keep Dermis Oracle ahead in influencer marketing.
