Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Club Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Club Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the gym, ensuring member satisfaction, and maintaining gym equipment. Additional responsibilities include staff management, developing marketing initiatives, and driving membership sales. The Club Manager is also accountable for budget management and financial reporting, ensuring the gym meets its financial goals.

• Experience with Marketing and Sales strategies
• Customer Service and Relationship Management skills
• Facility Management and Maintenance skills
• Budget Management and Financial Reporting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant experience in the fitness industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field
