Role Description

Some of the activities that you will be expected to support include :

• Support the project lead in event planning and coordination tasks.
• Conduct vendor research and manage communications with suppliers.
• Scout and evaluate potential venues based on event requirements.
• Handle RSVP processes and manage guest lists efficiently.
• Assist with on-ground execution and coordination during events.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including minutes of meetings, checklists, and event-related updates.
