Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled IT Helpdesk Executive – Non-Voice Process to join our team at PSG Global Solutions India. This role is ideal for candidates with 2–4 years of experience who are proficient in IT support and eager to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

The ideal candidate will provide first-line IT support primarily through email, chat, and ticketing systems, handling technical issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of user satisfaction. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth IT operations and supporting a diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to users via non-voice channels such as email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced OS issues, hardware, software, and network problems.
• Manage endpoints, desktops, laptops, and peripherals using endpoint management tools.
• Handle cloud-based email and collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
• Log, track, and resolve tickets efficiently using IT service management tools.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT team members and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and SOPs for recurring issues.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
