The Role
Korn Ferry is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join us on one of our global client accounts.
As a Senior Recruiter, your focus will be on partnering with key stakeholders across business units to design and execute effective hiring strategies for current and future vacancies within your area of responsibility. You will serve as a trusted advisor, recruiting for roles across all levels and functions, and acting as the “go-to” expert within your team. Your strong process orientation, market intelligence, and creative sourcing techniques will drive success and growth across the account.
You will deliver high-touch relationship management, customer-centric responsiveness, and consultative guidance throughout the end-to-end recruitment process. As a subject matter expert in applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies, recruitment analytics, and process optimization, you will elevate the hiring experience for both clients and candidates.

Key Accountabilities
In this role, you will :
Demonstrate expertise in hiring across non-IT functions including Sales, HR, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Procurement, Customer Service, Operations , Business Development and other Corporate roles.Partner consultatively with Hiring Managers to deliver full-cycle recruitment support tailored to their business needsConduct intake meetings to understand role requirements and advise on effective candidate attraction strategiesDesign and execute recruitment strategies including sourcing, screening, assessment, and shortlisting using direct sourcing methods and available toolsUtilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, and niche job boards to identify top talent across non-technical domainsConduct proactive market mapping to build intelligence on competitor talent pools, organizational structures, compensation benchmarks, and emerging skill trendsProvide strategic insights from market mapping to support workforce planning, succession strategies, and talent pipeliningPrepare and present recruitment reports and dashboards based on key metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion rates, diversity ratios, and candidate experience scoresAnalyze recruitment data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvementManage stakeholder relationships across levels, including senior leadershipChampion best practices and continuous improvement throughout the recruitment processEnsure a premium candidate experience aligned with Korn Ferry and client standardsMentor junior team members, supporting their development and growthLeverage ATS platforms to manage pipelines, maintain accurate records, and ensure complianceSkills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you will have :
Minimum of 8 years of recruitment experience supporting the Indian market, with strong knowledge of its talent landscape and hiring dynamicsDemonstrated expertise in specialized hiring for non-IT roles, including Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, and other key corporate functions.Holds a bachelor’s degree.Proven experience recruiting across a wide range of corporate functions and seniority levelsExperience in a full cycle recruitment role, from direct sourcing, screening, assessing / interviewing, and offering candidates, either in an in-house, agency or RPO environmentStrong understanding of Non-IT business functions and role requirements to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teamsSkilled in advanced sourcing techniques : Boolean search, X-ray search, keyword strings, job portals, referrals, and networking.Hands-on experience using leading Indian job portals such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Monster India, Shine, along with social media platforms and community networks to identify and engage top talent.Demonstrated expertise in headhunting, passive sourcing, and social media recruiting, with the ability to engage high-potential candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and relevant online communities.Hands-on experience with ATS platforms to manage candidate flow, track interactions, and collaborate with hiring teams efficiently.Strong team player with excellent communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to build quality relationships with clients, candidates, and your team.Demonstrated experience delivering consultative recruitment experience to all stakeholders, including HR, the business, and candidates.Experience liaising with and supporting Senior Leadership with their recruitment.A proven track record of creating and executing creative and innovative sourcing and hiring strategies that support hiring needs.Demonstrated experience with D&I sourcing techniques.Business proficiency in English (written and oral).A problem-solving mindset that thrives on achieving results, identifying solutions or improvement opportunities, and continuous learning.Strong knowledge of market mapping, including competitor analysis, talent availability, and salary benchmarking to inform strategic hiring decisions.Experience in tracking recruitment data and metrics to monitor pipeline health, optimize sourcing strategies, and ensure data-driven decision-making.Note :
