Job Responsibilities

Effectively source and place candidates for our growing list of direct clients with requirements flowing abundantly based on sound relationships in the market.

Utilize internal tools and market knowledge to source and place candidates across a variety of IT platforms and build pipelines to support Senior Managers.

Identify and recruit for contract and permanent IT positions as needed and work professionally both individually and in a team environment.

Engage with passive candidates using the internet and phone in order to submit qualified candidates in a timely manner.

Collaborate with and assist the team on complex full life cycle recruitment as needed.

Job Qualifications

Must have US Talent Acquisition / US Recruiting experience in the US IT staffing or corporate environment working with either consulting or permanent openings.

Must possess excellent social media, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Must have knowledge of standard sourcing and recruitment tools such as job boards and other professional associations.

Must be a results-oriented self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines.

Should be excellent in communication skills and email drafting.
