Roles & Responsibilities 1. Lead Qualification & Client Engagement
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads generated by the sales / marketing
team.
Act as the first point of contact to explain the company’s solutions and offerings.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.2. Solution Presentation & Demonstration
Prepare and deliver customized product / service presentations and demos.Translate customer requirements into tailored solutions.Address client queries, objections, and technical concerns effectively.3. Proposal & Documentation
Draft proposals, quotations, and RFP / RFQ responses in coordination with the sales team.Create solution documentation, case studies, and value propositions.Ensure proposals meet client needs while aligning with business goals.4. Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to design appropriate solutions.Provide insights from client interactions to product teams for improvement.Support the sales team during negotiations by providing technical and functional inputs.5. Market & Competitor Analysis
Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer expectations.Share inputs with the sales and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies.6. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain follow-ups with clients throughout the presales cycle.Assist in transitioning deals smoothly from presales to the delivery / implementation team.7. Reporting & Metrics
Maintain reports of presales activities, proposals, and conversion ratios.Track client feedback and suggest improvements in the sales process.
