What You’ll Be Working On
(1) Own the Outbound Sales Motion
- Step in as the first Account Executive on the team, taking full ownership of the end-to-end sales process.
- Shape, design, and refine the sales playbook from scratch.
- Partner with SDRs to prospect, qualify, and convert leads into high-value opportunities.
- Build and execute a winning sales strategy to consistently achieve (and exceed) revenue targets.
- Develop strong, lasting client relationships that foster trust and long-term partnerships.
(2) Influence Product and Strategic Decisions
Operate with a “founder mindset” — your insights and ideas will have a direct impact on the company’s trajectory.Capture customer and market feedback to inform the product roadmap.Contribute to marketing initiatives by sharing frontline insights for collateral, messaging, and campaigns.Act as the customer’s voice internally, helping to align product and go-to-market strategies.✨ What Makes You a Great Fit
Minimum 4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (preferably with an early-stage startup).Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strong first-principles problem solver with a strategic mindset.High ownership, accountability, and dependability.Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and thriving in ambiguity.
