Role Description
As a
Founding AE , you’ll define how we take this category-defining product to market, owning the
first logos, playbooks, and revenue stories .
What You’ll Do
Drive
end-to-end enterprise sales : prospect, qualify, close.
Open doors at
Fortune 500s and fast-growing scaleups , positioning DecisionX as a category creator.
Work with founders to refine
ICP, pricing, and GTM playbooks .
Be the
trusted advisor to CxOs , translating pain points into outcomes with Decision AI.
Build the
revenue motion from scratch
— playbooks, cadences, and culture.
What We’re Looking For
5–8 years
in enterprise SaaS / AI / data platform sales in Global Markets.
Have atleast 2 Years experience selling AI products to Enterprise in Global Markets.
Proven
hunter + closer
with large Enterprise deal experience.
Comfort selling
strategic, high-ACV products .
A true
builder mindset : thrives in 0→1, not just scaling.
