Job Overview : As the Lead Generation Manager , you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads for our IT projects, remote staffing solutions, and digital marketing services. You will lead and build a team of lead generation specialists, working collaboratively to ensure targets are met and the company’s revenue pipeline grows. You will also be responsible for optimizing lead generation processes, ensuring the team has the tools and strategies to succeed.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Manager with a focus on IT projects , remote staffing , and / or digital marketing services. Candidate who do not have this experience, please do not apply
  • Strong experience in building and leading a high-performance team in a lead generation capacity.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, CRM tools, email automation platforms).
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies, particularly in the IT, remote staffing, and digital marketing industries.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and potential clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and continuously improve lead generation efforts.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation and revenue targets in international market.
  • Ability to mentor, train, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in lead generation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy targeting key verticals : IT projects, remote staffing solutions, and digital marketing services.
  • Lead, manage, and build a high-performing team of lead generation specialists
  • Create and optimize campaigns across various channels, including email, LinkedIn, cold calling, content marketing, and digital advertising
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and geographies for lead generation efforts from USA, CANADA, EUROPE and UK market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, ensuring they move smoothly through the sales funnel
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with broader business goals
  • .Analyze and report on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize and refine strategies
  • Ensure proper lead qualification and handoff processes, ensuring a smooth transition from marketing to sales teams. Must have past track record of generating business worth $5k a mont
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of lead generation initiatives
  • .Provide coaching and training to team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to generate high-quality leads and close deals
