Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with 8-12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and ERP systems, as well as experience with Oracle Fusion applications. This is a full-time position based in India.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions using Oracle Fusion applications
Design and implement financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Tax
Configure and customize Oracle Fusion applications to meet client needs
Provide guidance and training to clients on how to effectively use Oracle Fusion applications
Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful project delivery
Participate in the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-implementation support

Skills and Qualifications

8-12 years of experience in implementing finance and accounting ERP systems

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Experience with Oracle Fusion applications, including Financials and Procurement modules

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion applications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
