Workday Finance Functional

Job Description :

We're seeking a certified Workday Finance Functional Consultant to support, configure, and optimize our Workday Financial Management system.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of finance business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into Workday solutions.

Workday certification is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide functional expertise and support for Workday Financial Management modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking & Settlements, and Asset Management.
Configure and maintain financial business processes, security, and reporting within Workday.
Lead requirement-gathering sessions and provide thought leadership on Workday best practices.
Support data conversion, validation, and migration activities during implementation or new module rollouts.
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and reporting needs.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all financial configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

29 years of experience in Workday Financials.

Workday Financial Management Certification is mandatory.

Proven experience in configuring and supporting Workday Finance modules.

Strong understanding of financial business processes and accounting principles.

Hands-on experience with data conversion and reconciliation activities.

Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and client-facing skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile project environment.

Location : Hyderabad only
