Oracle ERP Systems AnalystWe are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (Financials) to join our IT Applications team. The ideal candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and play a critical role in the assessment, design, and implementation of Oracle ERP Financial solutions.
This role will partner closely with Finance, IT, and cross-functional business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver high-quality Oracle Financials implementations through the entire project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Oracle Financials, with deep hands-on experience in :
- Oracle General Ledger (GL)
- Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud (AHC)
- Oracle UCM (Universal Content Management)
- Provide functional expertise across the broader Oracle Financials suite, including :
- Oracle Payables (AP)
- Oracle Receivables (AR)
- Oracle Cash Management (CM)
- Oracle Fixed Assets (FA)
- Oracle Tax, Oracle Payments, Oracle Expenses, and Oracle Advanced Collections.
- Actively participate in and support all project phases :
- Assessment & Requirements Gathering – Analyze business needs, document current processes, and define future-state requirements.
- Design (HLD & LLD) – Lead and complete High-Level and Low-Level Designs aligned with solution architecture.
- Plan – Contribute to solution planning, timelines, resource coordination, and impact assessment.
- Build – Configure Oracle Financials modules, support integrations, and develop FSD / TSD deliverables.
- Test / UAT – Drive functional testing, support user acceptance testing, and manage defect resolution.
- Implement – Support cutover, deployment, and post go-live stabilization activities.
- Accountable for delivering :
- High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD)
- Functional Solution Documents (FSD) and Technical Solution Documents (TSD)
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and integration issues related to Oracle Financials in coordination with Oracle support and technical teams.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to define integrations, reporting, and customizations (e.g., via Oracle Integration Cloud).
- Leverage reporting tools such as Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle OTBI for financial reporting and analysis.
- Provide functional support, training, and SME guidance to Finance and other business stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial reporting standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Financials (Cloud or EBS).
- Proven expertise in GL, AHC, and UCM modules.
- Strong working knowledge and implementation experience with AP, AR, CM, FA, Tax, Payments, Expenses, and Advanced Collections.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver HLD, LLD, FSD, and TSD.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end finance and accounting processes.
- Experience with requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing / UAT, and deployment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle certification in Financials or related modules.
- Exposure to enterprise reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and external system integrations.
- Experience leading or supporting global ERP rollouts.
