As a Financial Analyst in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering set goals for our firm. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA) function, which is responsible for the design, implementation, and execution of comprehensive processes for U.S. Regulatory Reporting.
This includes Consolidated, Capital, Standalone, and CCAR / DFAST / ICAAP reporting, as well as select International Regulatory Reporting across APAC, EMEA, UK, and LATAM regions. You will also contribute to regulatory reporting training and exam management, and help drive strategic initiatives across external reporting, such as accountability, error and issue management, manual adjustments, variance analysis, quality assurance, and the development of our target U.S. Regulatory Reporting platform.
In addition, you will collaborate with the Data Controllers and Reporting (DCR) team, a global organization within FRRA that provides a centralized data repository to enhance efficiency and accessibility of underlying data. Your work will help deliver operational services that enable LEC and Reporting teams to focus on report review and submission, support straight-through processing for external regulatory reporting, simplify financial information and reduce risk, inform owners of regulatory reporting platforms, and ensure data validation, completeness, and accuracy through reconciliation, adjustments, and data quality management.
