The Opportunity

Our Grid Integration portfolio spans a wide range of transmission and substation applications, which facilitate reliable and efficient system integration of the future digital electric network with minimum environmental impact. We incorporate the integrated systems, solutions and services of our business's DC and AC fields, including HVDC, Substations, FACTS, Offshore Wind Connections, Semiconductors and Power Consulting, for utility and industrial grid applications, as well as e-transportation solutions. You will create and complete bids / estimations / quotations based on customer specification or customer requirements / budget in order to achieve both market competitiveness and high margin for the Company.

How you’ll make an impact

• Develop customer-specific proposals that include both technical and commercial elements, and draft contracts. This involves adhering to the company’s tendering policies and applying technical expertise in substation and power quality solutions.
• Tasks include analyzing customer requirements, designing tailored solutions, preparing detailed cost estimates, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Learn and utilize tools and processes for managing proposals, such as the Go-No Go process and Risk Review guidelines.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, project management, finance, and legal, to gather necessary information for bids.
• Work effectively with Front End Sales and other Sales / Business Units to create value for customer and drive negotiations until Contract signing.
• Offer customer-specific service solutions to create value, and drive negotiations until contract signing. Perform risk assessments and address any concerns from clients or internal teams.
• Ensure all bids comply with client requirements and company policies. Develop and implement effective bid strategies to increase the chances of winning. Review all bid documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
