Role Overview

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for pet parents exploring relocation options

Communicate effectively to understand and address client needs

Support the creation of proposals, quotations, and client documentation

Follow up with leads, resolve queries, and assist in building trust with customers

Log all sales interactions and updates using CRM tools

Work closely with the sales team to support conversions and learn sales strategies

Must-Have Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong willingness to learn and grow in sales

A customer-first approach with problem-solving ability

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

Positive, proactive, and focused mindset

Nice-to-Have Skills

Interest in pets, pet care, or travel-related services

Previous exposure (internship or projects) in customer-facing roles

Passion for building relationships and driving results
