We’re looking for professionals with 1–4 years of recruitment experience or a strong interest in talent acquisition.

Please note : We are specifically looking for candidates with experience recruiting in the EU, UK, or US markets. Domestic IT recruitment experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and networking events.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure technical and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
