About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven E-commerce Performance Marketer with a proven track record of scaling D2C or e-commerce brands through strategic paid media execution. The ideal candidate should have managed monthly ad spends of ₹50 lakhs or more across Google and Meta platforms, with deep experience in analytics, campaign optimization, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilies
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to achieve ROAS, CPA, and revenue goals.
- Manage large-scale monthly ad budgets efficiently while ensuring profitability and consistency.
- Concurrently monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analycs, Meta Ads Manager, and other analycs tools.
- Build and manage performance dashboards to track key metrics, including CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and LTV.
- Conduct A / B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the creave, tech, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest algorithm changes, ad formats, and platform innovations to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media for D2C or e-commerce brands.Proven ability to handle ₹50 lakhs+ in monthly ad spend with measurable ROI.Strong experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analycs (GA4 preferred).Deep understanding of attributionon models, performance metrics, and conversion tracking setups (Pixel, GTM, GA4).Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and dashboarding skills.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.Preferred Skills
Familiarity with tools like Google Data Studio, Looker, or Supermetrics.Experience managing influencer or affiliate-driven performance campaigns.Knowledge of SEO, remarketing, and retentionon funnels (email, WhatsApp, SMS) is a plus.What We Offer
