About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead – HR to drive our human resources’ function. This is an independent contributor role which combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across recruitment, employee engagement, learning & development, HR automation, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment – Manage the end-to-end hiring process to meet staffing needs across departments, utilizing hiring platforms effectively.
- Onboarding – Conduct background checks and ensure seamless onboarding & joining formalities. Design and implement structured induction programs for all new joiners; conduct probation reviews to ensure smooth transition and on-the-job training.
- Employee Lifecycle Management – Oversee HR operations from onboarding to exit, including maintaining accurate employee records.
- Performance Management – Conduct annual performance reviews and support managers with performance improvement plans.
- Learning & Development – Plan quarterly leadership, functional, and organizational training programs to upskill the staff.
- Engagement Activities – Create, manage & implement the annual engagement calendar, including birthdays, events, offsites, and more.
- HR Policies & Documentation – Ensure adherence to key HR policies and timely issuance of offer letters, confirmations, and relieving letters.
- Grievance Redressal – Address employee concerns promptly, fostering a positive work culture while actively managing retention and enhancing staff morale.
- HR Automation – Streamline processes through digital tools and automation implementation.
Selection Criteria :
Up to 5 years of relevant experience in HR rolesSpecialization in HR would be preferredStrong understanding of all HR functionsProficiency in HRMS / HRIS platforms and digital toolsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work both strategically and operationallyAgile, flexible & adaptable
