About the Role :

Rexus India is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Accountant / Account Executive with hands-on experience in accounts receivable, taxation, Tally, and Excel.

The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and be capable of managing end-to-end accounting operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain accounts receivable ledgers and follow up with clients for timely collections.
• Perform accounting tasks in Tally ERP, including data entry, ledger posting, and voucher creation.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS statements, and ensure statutory compliance.
• Reconcile day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Generate financial reports, MIS, and data summaries using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal departments and clients regarding payment updates, invoices, and clarifications.
• Support external and internal audit processes and ensure all documentation is maintained.
• Track invoicing, purchase orders (POs), and payment statuses on a regular basis.
