Outbound Sales Team
and take ownership of the
entire sales cycle
for SME clients in the
AMER region .
What You’ll Be Doing :
Own the
full sales cycle : from lead sourcing and qualification to discovery, solutioning, negotiation, closing, onboarding, and activation
Drive
revenue growth
by building and maintaining a high-converting pipeline
Collaborate with
regional sales, marketing, operations, and product teams
to scale our GTM strategy
Define and refine
sales processes , outreach cadences, CRM hygiene, and reporting
Negotiate
commercial contracts and partnership agreements
Share best practices and contribute to a
high-performance sales culture
What We’re Looking For :
5+ years in
sales roles , with 3+ years of success in
full-cycle B2B sales
Proven ability to
hunt and close
new business in high-velocity environments
Experience selling into
global markets
(especially
EMEA, ANZ, or AMER )
Familiarity with
AI-powered sales tools , CRM workflows, and automation
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
Experience in
fintech or payments
is a plus
Salesforce experience
is required
Location :
Bangalore (Hybrid – 4 days / week in office)
Region Focus :
AMER (North & South America)
Shift Timing :
Aligned with AMER time zones
Role Type : Full-time
This is
not a support role —you’ll independently own and drive sales in your assigned territory, with full accountability for pipeline generation, deal execution, and revenue delivery.
