- Main responsibilities include gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations, and creating protypes
- Coordinate with the product engineering and development teams to share the prototypes and support product development
- Perform functional testing to ensure that the product meets the specifications shared
- Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience
- Contribute to thought leadership / whitepapers regularly
- Conduct periodic research to track regulatory changes, identify customer needs and market requirements
- Analyze the competition and identify the gaps
- Work closely with delivery team for a successful product delivery
- Work closely with the sales teams to educate on the product features and benefits
- Create support and training documents for internal and external users
