What you will work on :

• Manage and monitor overdue accounts for unsecured loans.
• Conduct field visits for follow-ups and recovery from delinquent customers.
• Engage with customers to negotiate and resolve repayment issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and collection efforts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and legal departments when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies during recovery processes
