We are looking for a Business Development Executive – UI / UX Services to drive growth for
our Design and Digital Experience vertical. The ideal candidate will have experience selling
UI / UX or digital design solutions, strong communication skills, and a solid grasp of UI / UX
concepts, design processes, and user experience strategy.
Key Responsibilities -
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for UI / UX services across industries
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through market research, prospecting, outreach,
and networking
Conduct effective client meetings to understand requirements and position Schbang’sUI / UX capabilities
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailoredto client needs
Client Relationship Management
Manage and grow relationships with new and existing clients to drive retention,cross-selling, and upselling
Collaborate with the UI / UX design team to ensure feasibility and accurate scoping ofproposed solutions
Market & Design Knowledge
Stay updated on UI / UX trends, design tools, and human-centered design bestpractices
Consult clients on how UI / UX can improve business outcomes, conversions, anduser experience
Reporting & Targets
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for UI / UX servicesMaintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactionsusing CRM tools
Key Requirements
1–4 years of proven experience in selling UI / UX, digital design services, or relatedtechnology solutions
Strong understanding of UI / UX concepts, design processes, user research, andexperience strategy
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to map client business goals effectively to design solutionsStrong organizational skills to manage multiple pitches and accounts simultaneouslyBachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
