NIGHT SHIFT - SITE SUPERVSIOR / FOREMAN

We’re seeking an experienced Night Shift Site Supervisor to join a large, high-profile mixed-use commercial project valued over $100M.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and highly organised, with proven experience delivering major projects in fast-paced environments.

Length : 12 months

Location : Sydney, CBD

Rate : $90 / phr+ (experience dependent) | ABN - PAYG

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and coordinate all night shift site activities and subcontractors
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Drive progress and ensure seamless handovers between day and night teams
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to keep works on schedule

About You :

• Demonstrated experience supervising large commercial or mixed-use projects ($100M+)
• Background with T1 or T2 head contractors
• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Excellent understanding of WHS and construction processes
• Calm under pressure and thrives in busy site environments
• Ideally someone that's seen projects full life cycle and has overseen high-end fitouts
