SITE SUPERVSIOR

We’re partnered with a leading head contractor delivering fast-paced retail fit outs across multiple states. They are seeking experienced Site Supervisors  to join on a contract basis.

• Locations :   NSW, QLD, NT & WA
• Contract length : 1-6 months
• Night and day shits (mostly nights)
• ABN - PAYG
• Weekly rates : $3,000-$4,500

The Role :

You’ll oversee all site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. This role for someone autonomous, confident under pressure , and experienced in managing multiple trades on site.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead day-to-day site operations across retail fitout projects
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams efficiently
• Deliver projects safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
• Operate in live environments with minimal disruption to operations
• Monitor progress, report issues, and escalate where necessary
• Maintain compliance with health & safety standards

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in retail fitouts , specifically supermarkets
• Comfortable working nights and long hours at times
• Willingness to travel across multiple states and work flexible hours.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and thrive under pressure
• Strong technical ability e.g Procure, Aconex
