Role Summary
As the
Associate Vice President – Agency Partnerships , you will be the growth architect for ARAs Client’s product partner ecosystem. This leadership role is pivotal in shaping monetization strategy, establishing strategic ad-tech alliances, and scaling agency and brand partnerships that drive measurable revenue impact.
You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to build scalable, partner-driven growth models and represent the company in high-visibility industry forums.
Key Responsibilities
Monetization & Ad Partnerships
Build and scale monetization channels through programmatic, display, OTT / CTV, and hyperlocal ad solutions.
Drive direct deals, PMP / RTB partnerships, and ecosystem-based revenue models.
Strategic Alliances & Agency Relationships
Lead partnerships with media agencies, brands, DSPs, SSPs, and ad-tech players to accelerate adoption.
Establish joint business plans and secure multi-crore strategic deals.
Partner Growth & GTM
Design and implement GTM strategies with agencies and partners for category expansion.
Build revenue accountability through joint planning, enablement, and co-selling frameworks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to influence product roadmap and deliver partner-first solutions.
Create training programs, playbooks, and engagement toolkits for partner enablement.
Leadership & Ecosystem Development
Represent ARAs Client at industry conferences, panels, and CXO forums.
Mentor internal teams on digital monetization, programmatic strategy, and ecosystem partnerships.
Must Have Qualifications
12–15 years’ experience in ad-tech, digital media, or programmatic advertising.
Proven success in driving monetization and partnership-led revenue.
Deep knowledge of agency partnerships, DSPs / SSPs, RTB, and PMP ecosystems.
Experience negotiating large-scale deals in FMCG, BFSI, Auto, Travel, or eCommerce sectors.
P&L ownership and GTM strategy experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and strategic negotiation skills.
Startup DNA — ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
Nice to Have
Experience in OTT / CTV or retail media ad ecosystems.
Exposure to international ad-tech or SaaS markets.
Strong analytical orientation and comfort with mar-tech / ad-tech tools.
