Director of Foundry Product Strategy

The Director, Product Marketing for the Foundry Business will play a critical role in conducting market intelligence, helping to build a best-in-class product portfolio marketing the Foundry offerings and managing Strategic Customer engagements to support Tata Electronics’ growth plan and business objectives.

Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components. Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce silicon for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, IoT, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence. Tata Electronics is a subsidiary of the Tata group. Key Deliverables :

Help Build Product portfolio :

• Translate market insights into product feature offerings that meet end-customer requirements by working with Design, Technology and Business Development teams
• Assist senior management with market analysis and business case to make long-term strategic decisions regarding the foundry product portfolio
• Drive the business case including market size, right time to enter, resources, demand, and pricing model to deliver a technology solution with returns consistent with Tata Electronics growth objectives.

Marketing of the Foundry offering :

Qualifications : MBA + Engineering / Technical undergraduate degree

Required level of experience : Appx. 15 years’ experience in relevant areas such as product marketing, business development, sales and product development in the semiconductor industry
