Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Tele-verification Executive to join our dynamic team. The role involves verifying customer details via telephone as part of our service quality and fraud prevention processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English and a good command of MS Office tools.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct telephonic verification of customer details as per company protocols.
• Ensure accurate data entry and documentation of customer information.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to gather required information.
• Follow up on pending verifications and maintain detailed logs of all calls.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection guidelines.
