Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for leading digital transformation solution company procurement solutions across solutions across GCC markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise clients in procurement, supply chain, and related sectors.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through strategic account management.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with CPOs, Heads of Procurement, CFOs, and IT decision-makers.
- Position leading digital transformation solution company solutions against established platforms like SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, and Jaggaer
Market Development & Regulatory Understanding
Identify and penetrate new market segments within the GCC procurement landscapeEstablish strategic partnerships with system integrators, consultants, and technology vendorsTarget FMCG, manufacturing, government, and semi-government organizations actively pursuing procurement transformationEstablish strategic partnerships with leading procurement consulting firms, system integrators, and technology vendors.Conduct market research to understand regional procurement trends, regulations, and competitive dynamics.Represent leading digital transformation solution company at regional procurement forums, trade shows, industry conferences and networking events across the GCC.Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in procurement organizationsServe as trusted advisor on digital transformation initiatives within procurement functionsCollaborate with customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and expansion opportunitiesManage contract negotiations and closure of high-value deal.Cross-functional Collaboration

Experience & Background
Over 12 years of B2B sales experience specializing in procurement and supply chain solutions across the GCC region.Proven track record of selling technology solutions (SaaS, enterprise software, or digital platforms) to large enterprisesDeep understanding of procurement processes, challenges, and digital transformation trendsRegional Expertise
Extensive network and relationships within GCC procurement communityStrong understanding of regional business culture, decision-making processes, and regulatory environmentExperience working with government entities, semi-government organizations, and large private sector companies in GCCFluency in Arabic preferred but not mandatorySkills & Competencies
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior executivesStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesSelf-motivated with ability to work independently across different time zonesProficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales productivity toolsMBA or relevant advanced degree preferredTravel Requirements
