Position Overview As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering and configuring RightCrowd’s software solutions for enterprise customers.
You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, leading technical onboarding, supporting integrations with physical access control systems (PACS), and ensuring a seamless go-live.
This is a highly collaborative role that combines technical expertise, client-facing communication, and project coordination.
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new customers—from discovery to deployment Conduct requirements gathering workshops with enterprise clients to understand business needs Configure RightCrowd software solutions to meet customer-specific requirements Integrate with third-party systems including PACS (e.g., Lenel, HID, Genetec), HRIS, and IT directories Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and account teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training to clients and internal stakeholders Troubleshoot and resolve implementation-related issues during project delivery Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-go-live stabilization Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring long-term adoption and value realization Qualifications 3+ years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or systems integration Familiarity with physical security systems (PACS) or identity and access management (IAM / PIAM) is strongly preferred Experience working with APIs, databases (SQL), and enterprise SaaS environments Strong understanding of access control workflows, compliance requirements, and security operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines simultaneously Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred Nice to Have CCure 9000 MAS / SAS experience What We Offer Opportunity to work with a cutting-edge security SaaS platform in a fast-paced, innovative environment Remote-first global team with a collaborative and inclusive culture Competitive compensation and benefits The chance to make a real impact in critical infrastructure, security, and compliance operations RightCrowd is an equal opportunity employer.
